Release Period: March-June 2025

This update introduces significant improvements across classification, reporting, dashboarding, global sync, Gmail support, and more. Below is a detailed breakdown of feature updates and fixes by service.



New Features

Support for Gmail

New Gmail scanner - note that the scanner does not support the notification report, but uses in-app tags, like GDPR

Authentication is facilitated via the new workspaces app, where the auth JSON can be uploaded

This feature is in its initial version and is currently being tested by a select group of customers.

 

Global Classification

The Global Classification is available in the MT to provide insights into how classification is conducted across multiple tenets.

 

 

NPS

NPS is now available for each policy in both an inline and modal view. The NPS results are available for analysis in the Management Tool.

       

 

Data Privacy & Security Risk Assessment

The DPSRA provides profound insights into the organism's privacy and security risks. It analyzed up to 25 accounts and generated a privacy and security report based on these insights.

       



Assign Dashboard

An admin or admin lite can now assign a specific dashboard to an AD user.

Organizations Types (Aka. classifications sets)

  • Allow for “sets” of classifications such as industry, Jurisdiction, Public / Private sector, or anystandardn set of classifications

AI Readiness

The AI readiness board shows the percentage of a given source that contains Personal Data and therefore should not be used with AI. Because giving an AI access to the data can result in a data breach. 

 

Data minimization chart

This chart provides a clear overview of the cleanup process by data set age, including insights into which data sets have not yet been cleaned.

  3. Gmail & Tagging
    • Addressed Gmail tagging mismatches in ingestion pipelines.

    • Fixed improper tag filtering logic in Gmail document views.

  4. SharePoint / OneDrive
    • Significantly improved SharePoint speed throttling handling.

    • Resolved incorrect access propagation and filtering logic for documents.

    • Fixed issues with SharePoint group ingestion and site visibility.

  5. Reporting
    • Fixed report email delivery issues and broken report link generation.

    • Corrected access logic that blocked users from viewing or receiving reports.

  6. Document View & Redaction
    • Fixed document view origin bugs in the dashboard and report redirection.

    • Resolved UI bugs with redaction selector persistence and toggle behavior.

    • Fixed loader states and misalignment issues in modals and settings views.

    • Resolved modal reactivity problems related to conditional rendering.

  2. Classification Settings
    • Ensured proper validation flows for classification by document class.

    • Fixed logic for dynamic filtering of document types by organization context.

  3. Known Persons & Syncing
    • Resolved issues with stale or partially deleted known person records.

    • Fixed syncing bugs affecting document-level access and tagging consistency.
