# Service Update: Scheduled System Maintenance

We are reaching out to let you know that we will be performing a critical **Operating System (OS) update** across our server infrastructure starting **tomorrow** and continuing through the **following week between (16:00-07:00)**.

### Why are we doing this?

This update is part of our commitment to maintaining a robust and secure environment. Keeping our OS current ensures:

- **Enhanced Security:** Implementation of the latest patches to protect your data.
- **Optimized Performance:** System-level improvements for a smoother experience.
- **Reliability:** Long-term stability for our hosted services.

### What to Expect

While we aim for zero downtime, please keep the following in mind:

- **Duration:** Maintenance begins tomorrow, 27-02-2026, and will conclude by the end of next week, 10-03-2026.
- **Service Impact:** You may experience brief periods of intermittent connectivity or slight latency during specific update windows.
- **No Action Needed:** Our technical team is handling the entire migration. Your data and configurations will remain intact.
